Our service and support

Providing you with service and support continues to be our number one priority. We have transitioned most of our Contact Centre, Claims and New & Existing Business teams to work from home, while we don't anticipate any interruptions to our usual service delivery we ask for your patience should there be any delays.

Health Screening

  • Health screening services will not be available under Alert Level 4 or Alert Level 3.
  • Health screening services will resume under Alert Level 2 and will follow public health rules. For more details click here.
  • Our Health Screen nurses will directly contact customers to arrange a new time.
